Not to go totally Babe Walker #WGP on you, but I spent most of today’s chiropractic appointment daydreaming about at which warm, ocean-proximal vacation destination I’d like to celebrate 30th birthday. (Want to be on the invite list? Better start working for it! Don’t worry, you have a whole 13 months and 12 days.) In the runnings are both Greece and Italy, which, of course, got me debating about the merits of the cuisine in said locales, which, of course, got me thinking about tomatoes, basil, and olive oil.
