The easiest cookies to make in the whole entire world (and they’re gluten free!). Peanut butter chocolate chip: 1 cup salted creamy peanut butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Mix, roll into balls, and place on a baking sheet; bake for 9 minutes at 350°.
